Caulfield.

A pair of gardens either side of an Edwardian red brick house. The front is soft and shaded: silver birch over buffalo lawn, a stone bowl running water beside the path. The rear is the opposite. A tight walled courtyard built around board-formed concrete, brick soldier course and a curved bench that follows the line of the hedge.
